Located in the heart of the Agrodome, with gorgeous views across pristine farmland, the new Woollen Mill Café is a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring the farm or visiting National Kiwi Hatchery. Unwind and take a well-deserved break with a cup of locally roasted Mourea coffee, served with Volcanic Creamery milk or for tea-lovers, try our range of unique flavours from caramel cacao to hibiscus mint.

The Woollen Mill Café is accessible without purchasing a ticket to the farm so add a stop in your itinerary to take in the fresh country air and say hello to our friendly animals. And while the adults take a moment, the kids can burn energy in our playground alongside the café, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for everyone; and a great way to relax in between enjoying all of Rotorua’s attractions.

Woollen Mill Café & Store and Agrodome are open daily (except Christmas) and conveniently located on Western Road, just off State Highway 5. Agrodome & National Kiwi Hatchery is a 10 minute drive from Rotorua city centre or catch the number 1 bus, direct to our door.

There's an iconic selection of kiwiana groceries and household staples, alongside a luxurious range of wool and alpaca garments, delicious manuka honey and locally made gifts. Come and check it out yourself and discover Agrodome's original carding machine.
