1. We, The Agrodome Partnership Limited and Agrodome (2011) Limited Partnership (“the Operator”) appreciate your custom and aspire to provide a friendly, safe and memorable experience. By entering the Agrodome, you, the visitor (“you” or “your”) accept the following terms and conditions.
2. The name of the business that will appear on your bank / credit card statement will be Agrodome. Your account will be charged in New Zealand dollars.
3. The Agrodome is a working farm offering a variety of activities and attractions. The Operator advises that whilst all reasonable care is taken certain risks are present including;
   - Open waterways
   - Weather conditions
   - Trees
   - Wildlife, including the interactive wildlife displays
   - Walking surfaces; and any other non-specified hazards, aspects, features or elements of the Agrodome.
   
   You are responsible for avoiding or otherwise mitigating these risks and must exercise appropriate care at all times while at the Agrodome and / or whilst participating in any activity offered by the Operator. By entering the Agrodome you are acknowledging and accepting personal responsibility and liability for these and any other risks presented by the Agrodome and to the maximum extend allowed by the law you are releasing the Operator and its subsidiaries, employees, agents and officers from any liability, and indemnifying them for any claims, losses, damages or expenses that arise in respect of the matters outlined or alluded to in this clause, including, but not limited to;
   - Personal injury or death
   - Property loss or damage
   - Acts which may be construed as negligent and / or accidental
   - Any other loss, harm, damage or suffering.
   
   In the event that liability of any kind is attributed to the Operator, or its subsidiaries, employees, agents or officers, such liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket or admission to the Agrodome by the person to whom the Operator is liable.
4. The Operator reserves the absolute right to cancel any service or activity or part of such at the Agrodome at any time, whether for reason of weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or any other reason. This includes the option to close parts of the Agrodome or remove or vary animals from advertised programs or activities. The Operator will use its reasonable endevours not to do this, but in the event that it is required the Operator shall have no liability to any party. The Operator will consider the matter of refunds, whether partial or in full on a case by case basis and at its absolute discretion.
5. Your ticket to the Agrodome is personal and cannot be transferred. It is your responsibility. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket and the Operator has no liability or responsibility for lost tickets.
6. Validity: this ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If not redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase the ticket is no longer redeemable for the product and no refund will be given.
7. Children visiting the Agrodome must, at all times, be supervised by a responsible person aged 16 years or over at a ratio of not more than seven children to each such responsible supervisor.
8. You must not bring pets or any other animals to the Agrodome.
9. You must not bring any alcohol or drugs (other than prescribed medications or other medicinal pharmaceuticals) to the Agrodome. You may only smoke in the designated smoking areas.
10. The Operator reserves the right to deny access to or to remove from the Agrodome any person or persons (whether holding tickets or not) who are considered to be or have the potential to be a nuisance or reckless, or disruptive or who are or are likely to fail to observe Agrodome directions (either signage or by staff). In such circumstances no refunds will be given.
11. Any recording, whether visual, audio or both taken by you during your visit to the Agrodome or during or of any activity at the Agrodome must be for personal use only. Any other use, including any commercial use without the express written permission of the Operator is strictly prohibited.
12. Car parking is provided and designated for coaches, campervans and private vehicles. You must comply with the car parking signs and instructions set out in the car parking area. The Operator accepts no liability for any damage to any vehicles parked in or otherwise using the car parking area.
13. You agree that the laws of New Zealand apply exclusively to these terms and conditions and that the Courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over them. You agree not to commence any Court action in any other jurisdiction in relation to these terms and conditions and to indemnify the Operator against any costs incurred in respect of your breaching this clause and these terms and conditions.
14. Except in an emergency, we require 24 hours' notice to ensure a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure incur a fee of 100% of the ticket price. The amount charged for no service delivery is considered as compensation for loss and is not subject to GST.
15. Gift Vouchers will expire 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed with the Operator.

Prize description (“the Prize”):

The Prize is a refund of the retail rate paid by one passenger from the entrant’s Agrodome trip.

1. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Agrodome, through its website Agrodome.com (“the Promoter”).
3. The promotion is open for entry 1^st June 2026 - 30th November 2026. Entrants must have been on a trip with Agrodome between 1^st June 2026 - 30th November 2026.
4. To be included as an entrant, entrants must:
      1. Publish a Google review for Agrodome: Google Review Link OR
      2. On Social Media Platforms mention/tag @Agrodome, platforms include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. On RED and WeChat platforms mention and tag @新西兰旅游Ngai Tahu.
5. The Prize will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchasing the individual pass.
      1. Where cash or debit card was used to purchase an individual pass, the Prize winner must provide their nominated New Zealand bank account details for the refund to be transferred to their account. If the Prize winner cannot provide a New Zealand bank account, a credit card will be required to issue the refund. No cash refunds will be provided.
6. The maximum total refund will not exceed the amount paid for a  Agrodome Farm Experience pass at time of purchase.
7. To be eligible to win entrants must have booked directly through Agrodome and not a third-party agent.
8. Visitors who used a free of charge or complimentary pass are not eligible to enter this promotion.
9. Employees of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu Group and their immediate families or related entities are not eligible to enter this promotion.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time for any reason, or without notice.
11. The Promoter will not be liable in any way in relation to any loss, damage, harm, including personal injury arising in connection with this promotion. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Prize is non-transferable.
13. All entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
14. Entries are the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes by them.
15. The winner will be notified via social media or Google. If the winner has not confirmed acceptance of their Prize within three days, the Prize will be redrawn.
16. The Prize does not include any other facilities or activities that are not listed in the prize description.

School Holiday Promotion Terms & Conditions

Agrodome × Shaun the Sheep – Watch the Trailer Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
2. Promoter is Agrodome, through its website Agrodome.com (“the Promoter”). 
3. Competition period: The competition opens on 23rd September 2026 9am NZT and closes on 18th October 2026 6pm NZT. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. 
4. Eligibility: Entry is open to New Zealand residents / eligible Agrodome visitors aged 18 years or over. Employees of Agrodome, Ngāi Tahu Tourism and associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. 
5. How to enter: To enter, eligible entrants must: 
   1. Watch the Shaun the Sheep movie trailer at Agrodome during the competition period. 
   2. Identify "What makes Bitzer faint?”. 
   3. Visit the Agrodome retail store or reception area and complete the official competition entry form and required contact details. 
6. Entry limits: Maximum of one entry per person. Incomplete entries or entries containing an incorrect competition code will not be eligible for the draw. 
7. Prize: One winner will receive one Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom family (4 guests) movie pass redeemable at participating cinemas. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. All other Terms & Conditions from the Film Distributer will be identified on the Movie Passes.  
8. Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place on 19th October 2026. 
9. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using the details supplied on their entry form. If the winner does not respond within 2 days/hours, is unable to accept the prize or is found to be ineligible, Agrodome reserves the right to redraw the prize. 
10. Privacy: Personal information collected through the competition will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and arrange prize fulfilment. Any marketing opt-in will be optional and managed separately. 
11. General: By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Agrodome reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify invalid entries, and modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from operating as intended. 

Agrodome × Shaun the Sheep – Snap a Photo Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
2. Promoter is Agrodome, through its website Agrodome.com (“the Promoter”). 
3. Competition period: The competition opens on 23rd September 2026 9am NZT and closes on 18th October 2026 6pm NZT. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. Eligibility: Entry is open to New Zealand residents / eligible Agrodome visitors aged 18 years or over. Employees of Agrodome, Ngāi Tahu Tourism and associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. 
5. How to enter: To enter, eligible entrants must: 
   1. Take a photo with Shaun the Sheep, meeting the flock or getting amongst the Shaun the Sheep fun while visiting Agrodome. 
   2. Share the photo on Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok during the competition period. 
   3. Tag @agrodome in the post. 
6. Social account visibility: The entrant's social media account and competition post must be publicly visible during the competition period and until the winner has been selected so Agrodome can verify the entry. 
7. Entry limits: Maximum of one entry per eligible post. Entries must meet all requirements above to be included in the draw. 
8. Content and permissions: Entrants must have the right to share any content submitted as part of their entry. Entrants are responsible for obtaining permission from identifiable people featured in the content. Where children are identifiable, the entrant must be their parent/legal guardian or have the appropriate permission to share the content. 
9. Prize: One winner will receive one Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom family (4 guests) movie pass redeemable at participating cinemas. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
10. Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted through the social media account used to enter. 
11. Winner contact: The winner must respond within 48 hours. If they do not respond, cannot accept the prize or are found to be ineligible, Agrodome reserves the right to redraw the prize. Agrodome will only contact winners through its official channels and will never request payment or credit card details to claim a prize. 
12. Social media disclaimer: This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with [Meta/Facebook/Instagram as applicable]. 
13. General: By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Agrodome reserves the right to verify and disqualify entries that do not comply with these requirements and to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from operating as intended. 

Agrodome × Shaun the Sheep Championsheep Games Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
2. Promoter is Agrodome, through its website Agrodome.com (“the Promoter”). 
3. Competition period: The competition opens on 26th September 2026 9am NZT and closes on 11th October 2026 6pm NZT. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. 
4. Eligibility: Entry is open to [New Zealand residents / eligible Agrodome visitors] aged 18 years or over. Employees of Agrodome, Ngāi Tahu Tourism and associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. 
5. How to enter: To enter, eligible entrants must: 
   1. Participate in the Shaun the Sheep Champion Games at Agrodome during the competition period. 
   2. Following participation, complete and submit the official competition entry form provided by the Agrodome team. 
   3. Where children participate in the Championsheep Games, the competition entry must be completed by an eligible parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or over. 
6. Entry limits: Maximum of one entry per person. Participation in the Champion Games alone does not constitute an entry; a completed competition entry form must also be submitted. 
7. Prize: One winner will receive: 
   1. Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom family (4 guests) movie pass redeemable at participating cinemas. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
   2. One voucher valued at NZ$120 to spend on Shaun the Sheep merchandise at the Agrodome retail store. 
8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Retail voucher conditions and expiry dates apply. 
9. Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the competition period. 
10. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form. If the winner does not respond within 2 days, cannot accept the prize or is found to be ineligible, Agrodome reserves the right to redraw the prize.
